According to the City of Conway, more roundabouts are coming to Conway, Arkansas. They even provided a “sneak peak” of the plans they’ve already approved for more. You can view the photograph below.
More Roundabouts Coming To Conway, Arkansas
The City of Conway announced the news on social media, revealing that the new roundabout would be placed at the intersection of Salem Rd and Meadowlake Rd.
They emphasized the fact that there’s no concrete timeline at this time, but construction will begin shortly after the completion of the roundabout at Hogan Ln and Hwy 64 (Old Morrilton Hwy), which is already underway.

According to the Illinois department of transportation, studies show that roundabouts are safer:
They’re being rolled out in a lot of the higher traffic areas of the country. Soon, they might even be commonplace throughout Arkansas.
