Arkansas State Police have released initial details after a 26-year-old pedestrian was killed trying to cross an exit ramp near the interstate in Little Rock. The fatal accident happened late at night.
26-Year-Old Pedestrian Killed On Interstate
Jose Reyes, aged 26, was fatally struck while attempting to cross the exit ramp on Interstate 30 West near the 130-mile marker. The incident involved a 2003 Toyota Highlander.
Officer Tre Davis reported that the vehicle was on the exit ramp when it hit Reyes. The accident occurred under clear weather conditions at 11:15 PM.
The tragic event took place on the exit ramp of I-30 West at the 130-mile marker. The time of the crash was late at night.
Despite clear weather, the crossing attempt ended fatally for Reyes. The clear conditions did not prevent the accident.
Reyes’ body is currently under the care of the Pulaski County Coroner. The Arkansas State Police reported the crash.
