Tammy and Doug Landry Save Fairfield Bay Waterfall
About six weeks ago, Tammy Landry reached out to the Resort to discuss reopening the waterfall, inquiring about costs. She initially agreed to donate $1,500 towards the project after receiving an estimate.
As restoration began, it became clear that a larger pump was necessary for the waterfall to function properly, increasing expenses. Tammy generously increased her donation by an additional $750, totaling $2,250 to ensure the waterfall could flow again.
Lake Area Weekly thanked Tammy and Doug Landry for their significant contribution, and to the utilities department for their diligent efforts in restoring the waterfall.
The community is encouraged to visit at night to see the waterfall illuminated, highlighting the spirit of Fairfield Bay’s wonderful community.
