U.S. Senators John Boozman and Peter Welch have secured backing from national health organizations for the Physician Fee Stabilization Act. This proposed legislation aims to provide increased flexibility in setting pricing adjustments for medical services, while preventing detrimental annual payment cuts for physicians serving Medicare patients. The bill is also co-sponsored by Senators Thom Tillis, Angus King, Roger Marshall, and Jeanne Shaheen.
