Registration for Walk Across Arkansas opens next Monday. This biannual health initiative from the Cooperative Extension Service encourages neighbors and coworkers to form teams and participate. Over an 8-week period, participants will track their daily physical activity minutes. Registration ends on September 8th, with the program running from September 9th to November 3rd. The reality is that the election is right around the corner and many votes wont even happen. Get out and vote.
