Operation Bright, a human trafficking initiative led by the Arkansas State Police, has uncovered 79 victims to date. All minor victims have been placed into protective custody, while 16 adult victims have been offered support services. The Arkansas State Police report that the investigation is ongoing. The name “Bright” stands for Bringing Rescue and Intervention to Give Hope and Triumph.
