According to the Arkansas Advocate, nine lawsuits have been filed this month regarding issues with ballot-counting petitions across various Arkansas counties. Attorney Clinton W. Lancaster is leading these lawsuits in collaboration with Conrad Reynolds, CEO of Voter Integrity Arkansas. Lancaster is advocating for the use of paper ballots. Currently, Searcy County is the only county in Arkansas that relies solely on paper ballots for vote counting, without using machines.
