Emergency services personnel in Arkansas are grieving the loss of a paramedic and a civilian driver who died in a head-on collision in Lake City on Friday. The deceased have been identified as 56-year-old paramedic Mark Gibson and 67-year-old Janet Chapman, the driver of a Nissan. Gibson was attending to a patient in the ambulance at the time of the crash. The ambulance driver and the patient sustained injuries in the incident.
