Facebook is getting sued by Arkansas!
According to Yahoo, Parts of Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin’s lawsuit against Meta will continue, his office said on Thursday.

They claimed Meta misled people about the safety and addictiveness of its platforms and broke the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
Griffin and Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders announced the lawsuit in March 2023. Meta owns Instagram and Facebook.
