Officers arrested Barron early Tuesday, June 18, after finding her in a suspiciously parked car on North State Street.

“The officer was familiar with Barron through previous interactions and asked if she was on probation,” the court documents stated. “Barron became angry and stated that she was not.” Barron then spit in the officer’s face, hitting his eye with her saliva, and shouted, “I have AIDS.”
