A nightclub shooting turned fatal. Now we know what happened.

According to Arkansas Online, Springdale police responded to a nightclub shooting in Springdale, Arkansas in December 17. The shooter’s fate has just been announced publicly after the deadly incident.

The Shooter Will Walk

On December 17 there was a shooting involving a man named Luis Steven Orando Lopez, 21, who was found with two gunshot wounds, was shot by a security guard.

The security guard, identified as Jerry Camilo, shot Lopez after Lopez was told to leave the club but refused to go and pulled a weapon.

The security guard stayed at the scene when police arrived, fully cooperating with police.

Sources also say another man, Juan Carlos Frias-Villa, 26 years old, was also arrested in connection with second-degree battery after the shooting.

Investigators say that the security won’t be charged. It’s an open-and-shut case of self-defense.
