They managed to escape before it was too late.

Early on Wednesday the 5th of March, Valley Springs Fire Department responded to a fully engulfed structure fire. Harrison Fire Department provided critical auto aid to support the effort. You can view photographs of the wild scene below.

Two people inside the burning structure escaped without injuries. The swift response ensured their safety.

At 04:30 AM, Valley Springs and Harrison crews also assisted Krooked Kreek Fire Department with another fire. The blaze was extinguished quickly thanks to excellent teamwork.

No injuries were reported in either incident. The departments’ coordination kept the community safe.

Valley Springs Fire Department expressed gratitude for the support from neighboring agencies. They emphasized the honor of serving surrounding communities.

The cause of the fires remains under investigation. Local residents praised the firefighters’ rapid action.

Both incidents highlight the importance of mutual aid in rural firefighting. Valley Springs continues to stand ready to assist.
