Springdale Fire Department confirm that on February 8th, they were called to the scene of a vehicle on fire on the interstate. You can see a photograph below provided by Arkansas Department of Transportation.
Car Erupts Into Flames On Interstate 49
Engine 4 and Ladder 6 from Springdale quickly responded to a car fire on Interstate 49.
The blaze was put out efficiently, ensuring no injuries occurred.
It’s reported that all emergency units returned to service following the incident.
