A very disturbing incident in Conway, Arkansas.
On February 4, 2025, law enforcement responded to a breaking or entering incident at Prime Care Medical on 812 Oak St. The suspect was arrested by Conway Police DepartmentĀ after he reportedly got into a woman’s vehicle while she was absent. The woman says her debit card was missing afterwards. The suspect reportedly had forged documents with him when police confronted him.
Man Arrested After Reportedly Entering Woman’s Car
According to case files, two people, identified as Madison Dickson and Erin Griffin, reported witnessing a Hispanic male entering Dickson’s vehicle in the parking lot.
The suspect, described as wearing a black hat, blue hoodie, and carrying an orange backpack, was seen heading Eastbound on Oak St.
An officer located and detained the male, identified as Jesus Humberto-Reyes, at Top-Line Cleaners at 608 Oak St.
Griffin confirmed she saw Humberto-Reyes in Dickson’s car and took photos of him as he left the scene.
Dickson reported her Centennial Bank debit card missing, but no other damage was observed to her vehicle.
Further investigation revealed Humberto-Reyes had fake identification, including a fake social security card. He was later sent to Faulkner County Detention Center for more questioning.
