Justice is finally being served.

According to the Arkansas Times, a healthcare executive involved in a bribery scandal compromising Arkansas lawmakers has just been sentenced by a federal judge. He’s going to prison for a whopping 6 years.

Judge Drops The Hammer

Tommy Ray Goss and his wife were in charge of a health care charity in Arkansas. Now he’s facing 6 years in prison.

A federal judge made the decision after court was held in Kansas City, Missouri.

According to the Justice Department, Tommy Ray Goss pleaded guilty in September 2022 to conspiring to embezzle money from the charity he and his wife ran.

Goss also tried to doctor his tax return to hide the money.

This comes a few months after a former Arkansas State Senator, Jeremy Hutchinson, was sentenced to 46 months in prison for involvement in the crimes.
