According to THV11, Hot Springs Sheriff Scott Finkbeiner has been arrested on felony charges. The arrest allegedly involves solicitation and unauthorized access to government data to enable his crimes!
A Second Arrest
Hot Spring County Sheriff Derek Scott Finkbeiner was arrested in 2023. Now he’s been arrested again!
This time, Finkbeiner has been arrested for sexual solicitation and unauthorized access to the Arkansas Crime Information Center to allegedly continue committing his crimes.
The charges are the result of an Arkansas State Police investigation.
