On October 31st at 6:00 p.m. Don’t miss “Scare on the Square” in Historic Downtown Clinton. The streets will be closed off to create a safe and festive environment for Halloween festivities. Enjoy a variety of events and trick-or-treating opportunities with local businesses and residents. Everyone is welcome to set up a table and pass out candy.
