Stone Bank to Sponsor Blood Drive Tuesday, August 11

Stone Bank will host a blood drive on Tuesday, August 11, from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Arkansas Blood Institute’s mobile unit, which will be parked at the bank’s location at 802 E. Main Street in Mountain View. The drive aims to help replenish critically needed blood supplies for area healthcare providers.

Donors can schedule an appointment by visiting www.arkbi.org, clicking “Find a Blood Drive,” and entering ZIP code 72560. Appointments can also be made by calling Melissa Sutton at 870-819-4743. Walk-ins are welcome.

All donors will receive a free “Retro Summer Camp” T-shirt and a free ticket to Magic Springs.

Donation Requirements:

• 16-year-olds must weigh at least 125 pounds and present signed parental consent

• 17-year-olds must weigh at least 125 pounds

• 18 and older must weigh at least 110 pounds

• Photo ID is required
