12th Annual Ice Cream Social with a Twist Set for Sept. 13 in Fairfield Bay
Rosco P. Coal Train’s Community Outreach will host its 12th Annual Ice Cream Social with a Twist on Saturday, September 13, from 11 AM to 3 PM at Woodland Mead Park, 522 Dave Creek Parkway.
The family-friendly fundraiser will feature free ice cream, pulled pork BBQ meals for $8, live music, games, a bake sale, door prizes every 15 minutes, and a small flea market. Mini golf will also be offered at reduced prices.
Proceeds will benefit the nonprofit’s efforts to fund animal rescues, spay and neuter clinics, and its building fund — all in support of rescued “furkids.”
