Deadly Crash Reported In Arkansas After Car Hit “Stump”
William Burdine, 56, of Camden, died in the single-vehicle wreck. He was driving a 2004 Ford westbound when the crash happened.
Tristen Clemons, 28, also of Camden, was injured as a passenger in the truck. He survived the horrible accident.
The Ford reportedly crossed the center line into the eastbound lane. It then struck a stump and began to roll.
The vehicle overturned onto the driver’s side and hit a tree with its back end. Moments later, the roof smashed into a second tree.
Ouachita County authorities are investigating the cause of the crash. Details remain limited at this time.
The incident marks a tragic loss for the Camden community.
