Searcy Police Department has reportedly made an arrest after a stolen vehicle was found.

On January 13, 2025, Searcy Police were alerted to a stolen black 2022 Ford F-250 from Riser Harness Ford on Janet Drive. 

Stolen Truck Investigation Leads To Arrest In Searcy

The vehicle was spotted and stopped by officers around 7pm the next day, leading to the detention of two individuals.

Investigation pointed to Cornelius Moore, 21, from Clarksdale, Mississippi, as the prime suspect.

Moore was apprehended by police on Wednesday at noon and booked into White County Jail on a Class B Felony charge for Theft of Property.

Please note: This case remains under investigation with all suspects considered innocent until proven guilty.
