A fire was stopped in Goshen, Arkansas at the perfect time!
On January 4, 2025, at approximately 3:30 PM, the Goshen Fire District was dispatched to a vegetation fire on Sonoma Circle. An entire field was ablaze. Thankfully, firefighters were able to put it out before it got to nearby homes. You can view photographs of the dramatic scene below.
Firefighters Stop Arkansas Field Fire Before It Reached Nearby Homes
Crews arrived to find about half an acre of grass on fire, threatening two residential structures.
Using a fast, multi-pronged attack, the fire was extinguished before it could damage any homes.
Five fire trucks and seven firefighters were involved in the response.
Local residents are advised to keep a close watch on fires and have water or extinguishers ready.
