Hometown Sporting Events, led by Camille Stout and Maggie Dent, will host the 6th Annual Ava Hill Memorial Tournament in partnership with USA Softball of Arkansas on September 14-15, 2024. Held at Beebe City Ballpark, the tournament will feature Fastpitch Softball teams from across Arkansas and southern Missouri. On September 14, the ballpark will pause for an hour to honor Ava Hill, with a special invocation, shared memories, and a balloon release in her favorite color, red. Ava’s mother, Mary Kaye Hill, will be present, and a donation will be made to Arkansas Children’s Heart Institute.
