Arkansas Game and Fish Commission Approves $882,487 Transfer to Support School Grants
The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission has unanimously voted to transfer $882,487 to the Arkansas Department of Economic Development’s Rural Services Division. This funding, collected from fines for boating and wildlife violations during fiscal year 2024, will be used to support grants available to schools across the state.
Schools interested in applying for these grants can expect applications to be available on the Rural Services Division’s website in the coming weeks.
