Arkansas Woman Arrested After Young Boy Reportedly Found With Bruises
According to case files, the charges stem from an incident on October 22, 2024, involving a young boy with severe bruising, reported by a school resource officer. Tschiemer, the child’s mother, allegedly failed to notice or address the extensive bruising on her son.
A detective’s investigation reportedly revealed conflicting statements from Tschiemer, who claimed the bruises might have been caused by her other child. She reportedly cited her own health issues and autism as reasons for not noticing the injuries before.
Medical evaluations at Children’s Hospital and interviews with other children in the home raised concerns about ongoing abuse. The case includes evidence of corporal punishment, with Tschiemer denying direct involvement.
A warrant for Tschiemer’s arrest was issued on March 17, 2025, following a sworn affidavit by Detective Hensley. The case remains under investigation, with further details pending court proceedings.
