A child driver was caught on the road! At least, that’s what is being reported right now.
The Harrison City Council reportedly convened on May 22, receiving a report from Police Chief Chris Graddy. He detailed a shocking incident involving an eight-year-old driver. Details have been released publicly.
Child Driver Reported On Arkansas Road
The Harrison Police assisted the Sheriff’s Department in a pursuit after a citizen reported a car driven erratically, possibly by a child. The vehicle, driven by an eight-year-old from Pyatt, reached speeds of 85 mph on the Bypass.
Officers pinned the car at Bypass and Prospect, discovering the young driver with his six-year-old brother as a passenger. The vehicle had briefly stopped before moving again, prompting swift action.
“It could have ended completely differently,” Graddy noted. Marion County is pursuing charges against the parents for leaving the children unsupervised.
Graddy reported that warnings and citations are down 20% due to lower manpower. The department is actively addressing this issue.
The police hosted a meeting with a Homeland Security agent to discuss immigration policies. This clarified expectations for local officers under the new administration.
With school out, the School Resource Officer will serve at Creekside this summer. Officers also completed Tactical Vehicle Intervention training at the airport.
A certified officer led the training, a first for the department. Additional training is scheduled at Camp Robinson in July.

So instead of reporting it as traffic violations being down 20% because of citizens adherence to extortive bs traffic violations that are not laws put in place by congress , they openly claim they need more cops to be able to extort more money from individuals by violating their rights to travel thus they themselves are in direct violation of title 18 sections 241 242 243.
