Woman Changes Her Life 3 Years Later In Searcy, Arkansas

Joanie Rambo, once in and out of jail, lost family, friends, and her sense of self to addiction. Now, after three years clean, she’s turned her life around with support from the Searcy Police Department.

With guidance from Peer Recovery Specialist Kelli McHughes, Joanie is now a Peer Recovery Specialist at Arisa Health Recovery in Searcy. She’s regained her family and freedom from addiction.

The Searcy Police Department celebrated Joanie’s inspiring journey in a recent post. Her story highlights the impact of recovery programs on local lives.

Kelli McHughes has been instrumental in changing lives, with Joanie as just one example. She continues to offer support and resources to those in need.
