According to documents released by Stone County Sheriff’s Office, 28-year-old Reba Kay Wilkey from Timbo, Arkansas has been arrested on multiple charges including fraud and forgery.
Young Woman Arrested With Enhanced Charges As “Habitual” Offender
Reba Kay Wilkey, a 28-year-old from Timbo, AR, was arrested on December 13, 2024, at 1:11 PM.
She faces charges of Forgery in the Second Degree.
Additional charges include Fraud involving the possession of controlled substances by fraud, forgery, and theft.
Wilkey’s charges are enhanced due to her status as a habitual offender.
Her bond has been set at $10,000.
The arrest was handled by local law enforcement.
Not The First Time
According to Stone County Leader, Wilkey was arrested for similar charges in 2017.
In 2017, 21-year-old Reba Kay Wilkey was charged in Stone County Circuit Court with seven counts of forgery in the second degree, a class C felony, and six counts of theft of property, a class A misdemeanor.
