Police Make Arrest After What They Found At Car Crash Scene
Officers found a male and female at the scene involved in the crash.
Marcus Davis, 22, was arrested, facing charges such as drug possession, firearm violations, and traffic offenses.
Davis was released on a $15,000 bond after his Rule 8 hearing.
The female was also arrested, issued misdemeanor citations, and released on bond.
