The Fairfield Bay Community Club has announced Rory Bradley as its new General Manager. Rory has been the Director of Golf Operations at Indian Hills Golf Resort for the past five years. He is a lifelong resident of the county, known for his extensive local and state connections.
The promotion of Rory Bradley from within the club underscores the organization’s strategy to leverage internal expertise, celebrating Bradley’s role in increasing club revenues from $6 million to $15 million annually over the last five years.
In a strategic move, the board has decided to separate the roles of General Manager and CFO to enhance operational focus. This restructuring will allow Bradley to concentrate on club amenities and member engagement, while the club seeks a seasoned CFO to manage financial operations.
