A burglary in progress led to a violent encounter involving William Clinkscale, 33, and Marianna police officers on November 9, 2024. That’s when they were forced to make an arrest.
Fight Breaks Out During Police Call To Alleged Burglary Scene
It all started when police were called to a scene over an alleged burglary happening on Linden Street in Marianna, Arkansas.
That’s when they ran into William Clinkscale, only 33, who was at the scene. After confronting Clinkscale, he allegedly became extremely violent.
Clinkscale, who faces charges including Battery 2nd Degree and Resisting Arrest, was arrested after refusing to leave a home he had unlawfully entered.
During the altercation, three officers were injured but are expected to fully recover.
Clinkscale’s bond has been set at $75,000.00 as he awaits further legal proceedings.
