This week, a fire reportedly broke out at Bearden Lumber company. It happened before midnight. Thankfully, an alarm was triggered and emergency responders were able to arrive at the scene.
Fear Breaks Out In Bearden, Arkansas Lumber Company
On Wednesday night, a fire broke out at Bearden Lumber Company, prompting a swift response from local emergency services. Just before 11 p.m. on September 4, the alarm was raised, calling for immediate action.
Firefighters from Bearden, East Camden, and Fire District 1, along with deputies from the Ouachita County Sheriff’s Department, rushed to the scene.
The address for the location is 111 N Plum St, Bearden, AR 71720.
The blaze was reported to be on the second floor of one of the mill’s buildings.
Despite the quick response, the cause of the fire remains undetermined according to the OSCO report. It’s still under investigation.
