Jeffrey Roger Pyzocha, 39, was arrested Thursday by Arkansas State Police on charges of first-degree terroristic threatening. Pyzocha allegedly sent a threatening message to Attorney General Tim Griffin’s Facebook account on July 26th. The threat was reported by the Attorney General, leading to an investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division. Pyzocha was apprehended in Mountain Home on September 5th and initially held at Baxter County Detention Center before being transferred to Marion County. He was released on Friday on a $25,000 bond.
