Very disturbing news for Searcy, Arkansas.

According to Arkansas Online, a federal jury in Little Rock has just convicted 73-year-old Thomas Ray Kelso of sex trafficking. Kelso was a landlord in Searcy. Methamphetamine was also involved.

Trafficking And Drug Conviction

Thomas Ray Kelso previously managed Briarwood Apartments on West Beebe-Capps Expressway in Searcy.

He was arrested and accused of sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, as well as one count of procession with intent to distribute methamphetamine

The honorable U.S. District Judge James M. Moody Jr. oversaw the proceedings. A pre-sentencing report will soon be released to the public.
