They’re finally getting involved.
According to THV11, Capitol Hill lawmakers are questioning the attorney for Brian Malinowski, who was murdered by federal agents at his own home in Arkansas. Malinowski was the director of Bill and Hillary Clinton Airport in Little Rock.
Capitol Hill Lawmakers Question Attorney After Killing
The questioning on Capitol Hill lawmakers come after on March 19th, the case file of the officer-involved shooting of Bryan Malinowski was sent to the 6th judicial district prosecuting attorney’s office.
As we reported previously, The shooting occurred at Malinowski’s home in west Little Rock while the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) was serving a federal search warrant. Malinowski was taken to a local hospital, where he passed away on March 21st.
“I mean because we are talking ATF and because we are firearms who are doing all of this, and this is basically a licensing dispute.”
“Yes sir, and it’s an alleged violation, and the definition is subjective.”
