DESCRIPTION:The Fairfield Bay Chamber of Commerce has announced plans for an ATV Poker Run scheduled for April 11\, aimed at attracting new visitors while raising scholarship funds for area students. \n \nChamber officials say early interest is already coming from outside the region\, including riders from Cabot and Bentonville. Organizers hope to grow the annual event to more than 300 riders over time\, following the success of similar poker runs in other Arkansas communities. The goal for this year is at least 75 participants. \n\n\n\nLocal businesses are being invited to contribute door prizes\, promotional items\, coupons\, or branded giveaways. Sponsors can also place their business name on the back of the official event T-shirt\, with one free shirt provided for each registered ATV entry. Prize sponsors for best poker hands are also being sought. \nThe Chamber is partnering with Heart of the Bay Food Pantry to help provide food for riders during the event. \nProceeds from the ATV Poker Run will fund scholarships for students in Shirley\, Greers Ferry\, and Clinton. A hole-in-one on Hole 13 will win a 2025 Ford vehicle\, sponsored by Red River Ford. Additional prizes include flight awards for first\, second\, and third place\, plus a Longest Drive Award sponsored by Red River Dodge.
