DESCRIPTION:The heart of Bald Knob will be beating with hometown pride next weekend as Homefest returns to downtown for two full days of celebration on May 9 and 10\, 2025. Hosted by the Bald Knob Chamber of Commerce\, this annual festival showcases the unique spirit of the region “where the Ozarks meet the Delta.” \nThe festivities begin Friday evening at 6:00 PM with a community-centered Gospel Night\, featuring performances by local talents including Ethen Moore\, Jett Butler\, Landon Crawford\, Audra Moore\, New Beginnings\, Rescued\, and the After Hours Band. The evening opens with a welcome ceremony\, national anthem\, prayer\, and the pledge of allegiance. \nSaturday promises a full day of events starting at dawn with the Rotary Pancake Breakfast at the Methodist Church from 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM. The beloved Homefest Parade rolls through town at 10:00 AM\, with floats and marching groups lining up at the school beginning at 9:15 AM. \nParade entries are still needed\, and organizers are calling on schools\, clubs\, churches\, and community members to get involved and show their hometown pride.
