The Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new West Park playground on Thursday, October 3rd, at 4:00 p.m. This celebration will take place at the southern side of West Elementary, at the intersection of North Hill Street and East Carter Street. The playground, developed through collaboration between community partners and Batesville Parks and Recreation, focuses on enhancing children’s developmental growth with engaging equipment designed for fine and gross motor skills. Attendees will also enjoy free child-sized smoothies from Planet Smoothie, available in limited quantities. Join us for this exciting community event!
