A White County man has been arrested after what law enforcement reportedly found on his social media accounts.
Xavier Deshawn Turner, a 26-year-old from Beebe, was arrested on June 26, 2025, by the White County Sheriff’s Department. He faces multiple charges related to non-compliance with sex offender registration laws involving unreported accounts on social media.
Beebe Man Arrested After Social Media Discovery
According to case files, Turner is accused of failing to register social media accounts, including Facebook, Tinder, Snapchat, TikTok, Telegram, Astrotalk, and Instagram, as required by the Sex and Child Offender Registration Act. This violation constitutes seven counts of a Class C felony.
Additionally, Turner allegedly possessed a driver’s license with an incorrect address, violating Arkansas law. This charge is classified as a Class A misdemeanor.
The charges stem from a parole home visit on March 6, 2025, at Turner’s residence on Goldenrod Lane. Officers discovered unregistered social media apps on his phone and evidence of minors in the home.
Turner was transported to the White County Detention Center on a parole hold. He is also accused of residing with a minor without a court order, violating Arkansas Code.
A $10,000 bond has been set for Turner’s release. He is scheduled to appear in White County Circuit Court on July 8, 2025, at 9:00 AM.
Authorities continue to investigate the case, with further details pending. The prosecution is led by Rebecca Reed McCoy, White County Prosecuting Attorney.
