An Arkansas driver was killed in a 5 car accident only involving one person.
On June 25, 2025, a fatal crash occurred at 10:54 a.m. at 323 West Central Ave in Boone County. Herbert Terry, 95, of Harrison, was killed in the incident. Arkansas State Police released details regarding what reportedly happened in initial details for the public.
Deadly 5 Car Accident In Arkansas Only Involved 1 Driver
Terry was driving a 2008 Dodge eastbound on Arkansas Highway 7 South. He turned right into a parking lot and accelerated, striking a parked vehicle.
The impacted vehicle, a 2002 Chevrolet, was unoccupied at the time. The collision caused a chain reaction, pushing the Chevrolet into two other parked vehicles.
The second vehicle struck was a 2002 International Harvester, also unoccupied. This vehicle was then forced into a 2010 Dodge, which was similarly unoccupied.
All three parked vehicles were located on private property. No other injuries were reported in the crash.
Terry was taken to North Arkansas Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. His body is being held at Holt Memorial Chapel.
The Arkansas State Police are investigating the cause of the crash. Further details are pending as the investigation continues.
