He’s been re-arrested.
Charles Rayburn Dougan Jr., a 59-year-old male from Des Arc, AR, was arrested on June 5, 2025, at 7:10 PM. The Kensett Police Department took him into custody. The re-arrest comes amid his ongoing legal battle reportedly involving assaulting two nurses in Searcy, Arkansas. You can view a photograph of him below.
Man Re-Arrested Amid Allegations Of Sexually Assaulting Two Nurses
According to case files, Dougan faces charges of Sexual Assault in the Second Degree, a Class B felony. The incident allegedly occurred on April 7, 2024, in White County, Arkansas.
According to the Searcy Police Department, Dougan assaulted two nurses at a local hospital. Reports state he engaged in sexual contact by forcible compulsion.
They reportedly walked in on him naked before he began grabbing them and making inappropriate noises.
He also faces a Failure to Appear charge.
Bond is set at $50,000 for the sexual assault charge and $250 for the failure to appear. Dougan awaits court appearances on July 8 and July 10, 2025.
The White County Circuit Court and District Court will hear his cases. Dates are scheduled for 9:00 AM on July 8 and July 10, respectively.
