He’s been arrested over more serious allegations.
On April 25, 2025, Nicholas E. Beane, a 19-year-old from Batesville, was arrested by Arkansas State Police. The arrest occurred at 8:33 PM, according to local authorities. Beane faces charges of breaking or entering a building or structure. No bond has been set for the offense. No details have been released to the public at this time do to the ongoing investigation.

A Slew of Other Allegations Make Their Way in Court
Nicholas E. Beane, a 19-year-old from Batesville, was previously accused of serious charges last month.
According to case files, on March 11th of 2025, he was accused of having fictitious license plate tags, failing to present insurance, driving while intoxicated, and having an open container in a vehicle.
He was also accused of purchasing alcohol as a minor in a related case.
He has pleaded not guilty to each offense.
