He’s inviting people to use it!
His name is Stephen W. Worley. He trains people in the Little Rock Area.
His past clients include Olympians and NFL players.
Stephen is the proud owner of Athletes in Pain Sports Therapy Clinic. He’s working with Arkansans to help them take control of their fitness. He believes his new “slow motion video analysis” tool is the future of fitness training and could help people identify weaknesses and impact their health.
Technology With Fitness
Worley used to work with NFL players at the Denver Broncos, including Julius Thomas, Brandon Marshal, TJ Ward, Stephen Johnson, and Marvin Austen.
Now he’s taking what he learned as a fitness trainer to the masses:
“I am extremely passionate about not only my work, but also about educating each person on how to increase the efficiency of their bodies. No two people are alike and rehab & athletic enhancement should be either.”
He believes his cutting-edge motion video analysis tool is the key to understanding the body. It can potentially notice problems:
“I use slow motion video analysis, which gets converted into a PDF format for each athlete to gather precise information to see exactly what’s happening from one side of the body compared to the other under a stress load, indicating either where the injury occurred or where a future possible injury is lurking.”
As part of his training, he can use the knowledge gathered from the technology to identify connections to specific body areas:
“By utilizing these various components, I am able to identify and address the difference in muscular tightness, facial restriction, as well as muscular weakness and their specific locations.”
Worley’s scientific knowledge is real.
Worley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science/Physiology and Movement from Northwestern University and is certified in Structural Integration/Myofascial Release Therapy. As he continues to share his knowledge with the masses, Worley’s innovative approach promises to transform lives, one movement at a time, ensuring that everyone can move better, feel stronger, and live healthier.
