He allegedly snuck into someone’s vehicle and stole items from it in Arkansas.
The Benton Police Department is asking for help identifying a man who stole items from an unlocked vehicle. The theft occurred at Academy Sports on March 2, 2025. You can view the suspect’s photo below.
Police Search For Suspect Who Allegedly Snuck Into Car At Sports Academy
The suspect, pictured on the department’s social media, was seen driving a dark-colored, older-model Honda Accord. Police released the image hoping someone might recognize him.
Detective Chandler is leading the investigation and can be reached at 501-776-5947. Anonymous tips can also be texted to 847411 with the keyword “BENTONPD.”
The incident has been assigned case number 2025-02280. Authorities urge anyone with information to come forward.
This is the latest in a string of vehicle-related crimes reported in the area. Police remind residents to lock their cars to prevent similar thefts.
