A man has been charged near Searcy, Arkansas with a “conspiracy” charge, among others.
He was arrested on February 2nd, 2025. Details have been confirmed by White County Sheriff’s Office.
The charges come after Kensett Police Department responded to a theft at Affordable Self Storage on Eastline Road. Surveillance footage revealed three white males breaking into and stealing from storage units. You can view the suspect’s photograph below.
White County Man Charged With “Conspiracy” After Links To Crime
Trevor Dylan Jackson, a 29-year-old white male from Judsonia, AR, was arrested on February 2, 2025, at 11:18 AM. He faces multiple charges including fleeing, theft, breaking or entering, reckless driving, and probation violation.
Jackson’s bond has been set at a total of $112,500.00 for all charges, which also include criminal conspiracy and residential burglary.
According to case files, the suspects in the case (there were reportedly two of them) allegedly used bolt cutters to enter the storage units, stealing property from three different units. Victims Martha Mattingly and Patti Brown reported losses of $555.00 and $1,450.00 respectively.
The vehicle involved, a silver Toyota with an Arkansas license plate, was traced back to Randi Cross. Cross identified Trevor Jackson as the person she loaned the vehicle to.
During the investigation, Trevor Jackson was identified as the driver in the surveillance footage. On February 6, 2024, Jackson confessed to breaking into the storage units and stealing property.
Jackson stated that he, Shane Spencer, and James Lashlee then drove to 107 Rosedale Drive to store some of the stolen items. Law enforcement later recovered the property from this location.
