A devastating car crash led to a vehicle being engulfed in flames.

On February 14, 2025, at approximately 9:30 p.m., a tragic accident occurred on U.S. Highway 65 South near Kile Road in rural Jefferson County in Arkansas. The deceased driver’s identity has not yet been released. Initial findings have been released by Arkansas State Police.

A Nissan traveling south in the northbound lanes collided head-on with a 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe heading north.
The Nissan driver, whose identity remains undisclosed, perished in the crash as the vehicle immediately caught fire despite rain and wet conditions.
Margert Thomas, 49, from Brookhaven, Mississippi, driving the Tahoe, was injured in the incident.
The collision has prompted an ongoing investigation to determine further details and causes.
