The Pine Bluff Police Department Detective office is asking for the public’s help to locate 19-year-old Shakara Richardson, last seen at 818 W. 25th. She is described as 5’3″ tall and weighs about 130 lbs.
Police Release Photos Suggesting Teen Girl Was Dragged Off Against Her Will
Ms. Richardson was last seen wearing the clothes shown in a circulated photo, possibly leaving involuntarily with a man known as AJ. The detectives are also seeking to identify this male.
The picture released by the police shows both Shakara and AJ together, providing a visual for public recognition. Authorities believe this could aid in her safe return.
