UPDATE: Police have issued an apology after the incident. They say it was a case of mistaken identity. This is why all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

A woman and truck have been photographed linked to a crime in Arkansas!

Benton Police Department is looking for the suspect in a case involving breaking an entering and a stolen identity. They have released photographs that you can view below. If you know something, say something.

The Benton Police Department is looking for a suspect involved in a fraudulent check cashing incident.

The individual used an ID stolen during a breaking or entering in Greenbrier to cash a check at a local bank.

Anyone who can identify the suspect should contact Detective Derrick at 501-776-5947.

Tips can also be sent anonymously by texting “BENTONPD” followed by your message to 847411.
