A fire so severe it burst through the roof of the house.
Early in the morning on January 18th, a residential structure on Mills Lane in Lowell, Arkansas, caught fire, prompting an immediate response from local fire departments. You can view photographs of the scene below. A water issue caused more fire departments to be called to the scene.
House Fire Rages After Firefighters Notice Water Issue
They didn’t have the water they needed to adequately secure the area.
The lack of a nearby water source led Lowell Battalion Chief 4104 to call for a second alarm, mobilizing a tender task force from Cave Springs, Hickory Creek, and Hwy 94 East Fire Departments.
No injuries were reported, showcasing the successful collaboration between the fire departments involved.
Local businesses, McDonald’s and Einstein Bros. Bagels, provided breakfast and coffee, supporting the firefighters’ efforts.
Units from Lowell, Rogers, Springdale, Pafford, Cave Springs, Hickory Creek, and Hwy 94 East were all present, effectively managing the fire scene.
