According to case documents, this arrest follows an investigation initiated after a report by a juvenile’s mother who discovered inappropriate exchanges between her daughter and Jackson.

The exchanges were traced back to a family event at the Cabot V.F.W., where Jackson reportedly met with the minor.

During a forensic interview, the young victim, K.B., revealed that Jackson had solicited her for explicit images and suggested meeting for inappropriate.

When the young girl told a friend what Jackson had made her make content of online, the friend reportedly said:

“So there was more than just me.”

The statement reportedly indicates that multiple minors may have been targeted by Jackson. The friend was reportedly surprised to find out she was not the only one, saying that Jackson had told her she was the only one.

Evidence collected from the victim’s cell phone reportedly corroborated the young victim’s account of the events.

Additional charges include the transportation of a minor for prohibited sexual conduct, highlighting the severity of Jackson’s alleged actions.

His arrest marks a significant step in the legal proceedings against him.

Please note: All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
